Job Description

The Senior Demand Generation Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive pipeline growth, generate qualified leads, and support revenue goals by collaborating with sales and marketing teams to build scalable lead acquisition and nurturing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Build and lead the demand generation strategy and campaigns to accelerate pipeline growth across Canada and the U.S.
Architect, launch, and optimize integrated marketing programs to increase awareness, generate qualified leads, and convert intent into revenue.
Partner with Sales, Sales Operations, and Marketing to implement scalable lead acquisition, nurturing, automation, and reporting frameworks.

Requirements

Experience building and leading demand generation strategies, owning the strategy, execution, and performance of campaigns that accelerate pipeline growth across Canada and the U.S.
Ability to architect, launch, and optimize integrated marketing programs that fuel awareness, generate qualified leads, and convert intent into measurable revenue impact.
Experience partnering closely with Sales, Sales Operations, and Marketing to implement scalable lead acquisition, nurture, automation, and reporting frameworks that enable predictable pipeline creation.
Proven track record of building demand generation programs from the ground up, demonstrating both strategic planning and hands-on execution skills.
