The IT Client Support Analyst provides frontline technical support by troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and access issues across various devices and environments, ensuring exceptional customer service and continuous improvement of IT service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and access-related issues across desktop, laptop, mobile, and remote environments
Collaborate with internal teams and end users to resolve IT issues promptly
Document IT support activities accurately
Provide exceptional customer service in resolving IT problems
Drive continuous improvement of IT service delivery
Requirements
Possess the ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and access-related problems across desktop, laptop, mobile, and remote environments.
Demonstrate experience in delivering exceptional customer service and resolving a wide range of IT issues.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and end users to drive timely resolution of IT problems.
Accurately document IT issues and resolutions to support continuous improvement of IT service delivery.
Be available to work at the head office in Markham, ON, with the understanding that the office will be moving to North York in Fall 2026.
Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in an IT support or related technical support role.
Have a strong understanding of basic IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network components.
Possess effective communication skills to interact with end users and internal teams clearly and professionally.
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple IT support requests simultaneously.
Be committed to providing high-quality customer service and technical support in a frontline support role.
