• Participate in relevant industry events, associations, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand visibility.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts, activities, and opportunities within company platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support successful sales cycles.
• Prepare and deliver regular reporting on sales performance and pipeline activity.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Triacta, Quadlogic, and competing solutions to effectively position offerings.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; engineering background considered an asset.
• 3–5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, ideally within electrical, construction, building systems, or energy management sectors.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Experience with technical or solution-based sales, particularly in complex environments.
• Familiarity with data communication protocols.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce is an asset.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel across North America (up to ~50%).
