Own the full-cycle recruiting process - from sourcing to offer - for roles within Loft's Cockpit software and adjacent teams.
Work closely with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies, drive alignment, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Have experience in technical recruiting, specifically for software talent.
Possess the ability to research and identify suitable candidates for software roles.
Be able to manage and execute the full recruitment process efficiently, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
Demonstrate strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
