Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical field, OR demonstrated hands-on engineering/technical work experience.
6+ years of proven experience in sub-contract management in spacecraft, aerospace, or complex technical programs
Experience with procurement of multi millions contracts
Hands-on experience with contract lifecycle management: drafting, negotiating, executing SoW / MSA or milestone-based contracts
Excellent organizational and analytical skills; able to track multiple active contracts simultaneously
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills — comfortable interfacing with both engineering teams and management team
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, international environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy; comfort with legal and commercial contract language
Ability to work autonomously while keeping internal stakeholders informed
Fluent in English
Speaking French
Experience with export control frameworks: ITAR , EAR, French dual-use regulations ( SBDU )
Experience in the aerospace, space, or defense industry
Familiarity with FAR/ DFARS regulations and US Government contracting protocols
Supply Chain or Project Management certification ( ASCM , PMP , or equivalent)
Proficient in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence)
