Loft Orbital is redefining how satellites get built and deployed, and our electrical engineering team is at the heart of that mission.

Strong, demonstrated experience in board design - you're comfortable owning a design from concept through delivery.
Familiarity with different bus protocols used in space or embedded hardware systems.
Working knowledge of space vehicle subsystems and how electrical hardware integrates into them.
Comfortable acting as a technical point of contact for electrical requirements across teams.
Ability and willingness to flex into electrical systems tasks (harness schematics, ICD review) as needed.
Senior-level experience in electrical engineering, ideally with some FPGA exposure.
Software/scripting capability - comfortable running scripts, debugging code, or managing an outside supplier delivering hardware with embedded software.
Familiarity with CD&H (command and data handling) systems.
Experience managing external suppliers or vendors delivering hardware/software components.
