Job Description
Loft Orbital is redefining how satellites are built and deployed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a related field
- Strong foundation in electrical engineering, circuits, electronics, and electrical interfaces.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, pinouts, and interface documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and interest in precise, hands-on engineering work.
- Ability to learn new engineering tools and collaborate across electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, and test teams.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA , or another 3D CAD system.
- Experience with electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, block diagrams, or connectivity data.
- Familiarity with connectors, wires, cables, shielding, grounding, strain relief, or EMI / EMC .
- Hands-on experience with electronics, PCBs, soldering, crimping, electrical test equipment, or hardware integration.
- Coursework or project experience in embedded systems, RF , signal integrity, power electronics, or high-speed digital design.
