Job Description
The Satellite Program Manager at Loft Orbital is responsible for overseeing the execution of spacecraft programs and customer missions, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking progress, and managing risks to ensure successful end-to-end delivery of satellite projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of spacecraft programs and customer missions
- Own defined programs or major workstreams
- Coordinate cross-functional teams within the IMS-driven execution framework
- Track program execution against plan
- Escalate risks early and clearly
Requirements
- Support execution of spacecraft programs and customer missions, owning defined programs or major workstreams with growth toward full end-to-end accountability.
- Work within Loft's IMS-driven execution framework, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking execution against plan, and escalating risks early and clearly.
- Experience in managing satellite or spacecraft programs, including tracking progress and managing risks.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams involved in spacecraft program execution.
- Strong organizational skills to track execution against project plans.
- Effective risk escalation skills to identify and communicate potential issues early.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies relevant to space missions.
- Ability to work in an international environment, with understanding of global team coordination.
- Attach a resume in English for review, indicating the ability to communicate effectively in English.
