The Office Manager will oversee the daily operations and employee experience of the San Francisco office, ensuring smooth facilities management, vendor relations, onboarding, and creating a welcoming and efficient workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and facilities in San Francisco
- Coordinate with vendors and oversee onboarding processes
- Implement and maintain office programs to enhance employee experience
- Partner with People, IT, Finance, and team leaders to ensure a high-performing workplace
- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues
- Build and optimize repeatable systems for office management
Requirements
- Own the day-to-day operations and employee experience of the San Francisco office, including managing office space, vendors, onboarding, office programs, and facilities.
- Partner closely with People, IT, Finance, and team leaders to create a welcoming, high-performing workplace.
- Be a hands-on individual who is hospitality-minded, operationally rigorous, and proactive in spotting issues before they become problems.
- Build and maintain repeatable systems for office operations.
- Possess the ability to manage multiple operational responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
