Job Description
The Vice President of Commercial Operations will oversee the purchasing of cannabis products and wholesale sales across all Jushi markets, leading strategic efforts to support the company's growth in the multi-state cannabis industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the purchasing of cannabis goods across all Jushi markets.
- Oversee wholesale sales efforts for the company's cannabis products.
- Collaborate with company leaders to align commercial operations with business goals.
Requirements
- Experience leading the purchases of cannabis goods and wholesale sales efforts across multiple markets, with a comprehensive understanding of the cannabis industry.
- Ability to work with various leaders at different levels within the company to coordinate commercial operations.
- Proven track record in managing or overseeing commercial operations within a multi-state cannabis company or similar industry.
- Strong leadership skills to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams involved in purchasing and wholesale sales activities.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience in developing and executing strategies for wholesale sales and procurement in a regulated industry.
- Knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment related to cannabis commerce across multiple states.
- Ability to adapt to changing duties, obligations, and activities related to the role, with flexibility to handle evolving responsibilities.
