Job Description
The Shift Supervisor partners with the Dispensary Manager to lead and motivate the team, oversee inventory management, receive deliveries, restock products, and ensure efficient store operations in a cannabis retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Dispensary Manager to lead and motivate the team
- Receive deliveries and verify inventory
- Input inventory data into the system
- Restock products on the sales floor
- Ensure all products are organized in FIFO order
Requirements
- Partner with the Dispensary Manager to lead the team and demonstrate service, dedication, pace, and energy.
- Be primarily responsible for receiving deliveries, inputting inventory data, restocking product on the floor, and ensuring that all product remains in FIFO order.
- Mentor, motivate, elevate, and inspire the team by keeping a positive and can-do attitude at all times.
