Job Description
The Shift Supervisor partners with the Dispensary Manager to lead and motivate the team, oversee inventory management, receive deliveries, restock products, and ensure smooth daily operations in a cannabis dispensary setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Dispensary Manager to lead and motivate the team
- Lead by example in providing excellent service, dedication, and energy
- Receive deliveries and verify inventory
- Input inventory data accurately
- Restock products on the sales floor
- Ensure all products are organized in FIFO (First-In, First-Out) order
Requirements
- Partner with the Dispensary Manager to lead the team in a dispensary environment.
- Lead by example by demonstrating service, dedication, pace, and energy.
- Be primarily responsible for receiving deliveries at the dispensary.
- Input inventory data accurately into the inventory management system.
- Restock product on the sales floor as needed.
- Ensure that all products remain in FIFO (First-In, First-Out) order.
- Mentor, motivate, elevate, and inspire the team while maintaining a positive and can-do attitude at all times.
