Job Description
The Shift Supervisor partners with the Dispensary Manager to lead and motivate the dispensary team, oversee inventory management and delivery processes, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Dispensary Manager to lead and motivate the team
- Receive deliveries and ensure accurate inventory input
- Restock products on the sales floor
- Maintain FIFO order for all products
- Lead by example demonstrating service, dedication, pace, and energy
Requirements
- Partner with the Dispensary Manager to lead the team as a Shift Supervisor.
- Lead by example by demonstrating service, dedication, pace, and energy.
- Be primarily responsible for receiving deliveries.
- Input inventory data accurately.
- Restock product on the floor ensuring all product remains in FIFO (First-In, First-Out) order.
- Mentor, motivate, elevate, and inspire the team while maintaining a positive and can-do attitude at all times.
- This role is eligible for tips up to $24 an hour in addition to base pay.
