Job Description
The Security Officer ensures a safe environment by patrolling assigned areas, enforcing regulations, investigating complaints, and responding to potential threats within a cannabis industry setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned areas to monitor safety and security
- Enforce Department of Health regulations
- Report potential safety hazards and unusual occurrences
- Investigate complaints and potential criminal conduct
- Assist in restraining threats as necessary
- Provide protective services to visitors and employees
Requirements
- Provide a safe and secure environment for visitors and employees by enforcing Department of Health regulations.
- Continuously watch for and timely report potential safety hazards and unusual occurrences through patrol of assigned areas.
- Investigate complaints or potential criminal conduct.
- Assist in restraining threats as necessary.
- Provide protective services as required.
