Job Description
The Security Asset Protection Manager is responsible for developing and managing security and asset protection programs across multiple facilities, focusing on risk management, regulatory compliance, team leadership, and strategic initiatives to enhance security, reduce losses, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage enterprise security and asset protection programs across facilities
- Safeguard people, products, and property through proactive risk management and regulatory compliance
- Lead and oversee contract guard services, investigations, and security technology systems
- Drive strategic initiatives to strengthen security posture and reduce losses
- Manage budget performance related to security operations
- Build a culture of prevention, accountability, and service excellence within the security team
Requirements
- Developing, implementing, and managing enterprise security and asset protection programs across assigned retail, cultivation, and manufacturing facilities.
- Safeguarding people, products, and property through proactive risk management, regulatory compliance, and team leadership.
- Driving strategic initiatives that strengthen the company's security posture, reduce losses, and support long-term business growth.
- Overseeing contract guard services, investigations, technology systems, and budget performance related to security and asset protection.
- Building a culture of prevention, accountability, and service excellence within the security and asset protection team.
