Job Description
The Production Scheduler at Jushi is responsible for managing and optimizing production schedules across cannabis cultivation, processing, and packaging operations to ensure timely delivery, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize production schedules for cannabis cultivation, processing, and packaging operations
- Ensure alignment of resources including labor, materials, and equipment to meet production targets
- Coordinate production activities across multiple facilities to ensure timely delivery
- Plan and communicate production timelines to support product quality and consistency
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues to maintain production flow
Requirements
- Experience in managing and optimizing production schedules for cannabis cultivation, processing, and packaging operations.
- Ability to ensure that all resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, are aligned to meet production targets across multi-state facilities.
- Excellent planning skills to develop and manage production schedules effectively.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with various departments and stakeholders involved in production processes.
- Problem-solving skills to address and resolve scheduling conflicts and resource allocation issues.
- Ability to meet company goals for product quality, consistency, and timely delivery through effective scheduling.
