Job Description
The Operations Manager oversees daily operations of a cannabis grower and processor facility, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high-quality production across cultivation, processing, and manufacturing, while leading and developing the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Grower Processor facility to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Manage cultivation, processing, and manufacturing activities to maintain high-quality standards
- Support and collaborate with the Director of Operations to achieve production goals
- Optimize workflows and processes within the facility
- Lead, develop, and motivate the operations team to improve performance and safety
Requirements
- Experience in manufacturing with a strong background in cannabis operations, particularly cultivation, processing, and manufacturing.
- Ability to support the Director of Operations and serve as a key leader within the Grower Processor facility.
- Proven experience in driving production goals and optimizing workflows in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in day-to-day operations, team development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience ensuring operations are efficient, compliant with regulations, and of high quality across cultivation, processing, and manufacturing functions.
