Job Description
A Medical Professional at Jushi Holdings is responsible for providing high-quality medical cannabis consultations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting store operations to deliver compassionate patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality consultations and guidance to patients regarding their medical cannabis needs
- Ensure patient care runs smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with state regulations and company policies
- Communicate effectively with store staff, vendors, service providers, marketing, inventory, HR, and management to implement store goals, protocols, and policies
Requirements
- Must be a Medical Professional responsible for providing high-quality consultations and guidance regarding medical cannabis needs.
- Must ensure patient care by way of consultations runs smoothly, efficiently, complies with state regulations, and adheres to company policies.
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively with all store staff, vendors, service providers, marketing, inventory, HR, and the Director of Retail to implement and maintain store goals, protocols, policies, and procedures in accordance with company standards.
- Must be remote based in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Must be able to contribute positively to the overall culture and company mission.
