Job Description
The Infused Product Manager oversees the formulation, production, and operations related to cannabis-infused products, contributing to product development, brand growth, and customer service within the cannabis industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead activities and operations related to the synthesis of cannabis-infused products, including formulation, emulsification, blending, and unit production.
- Oversee the production of cannabis-infused products to ensure quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with the Director of Manufacturing to align product development and manufacturing processes.
- Support the advancement of customer service, product development, and brand growth through execution of company values.
Requirements
- Experience in formulation, emulsification, blending, and unit production of cannabis-infused products.
- Ability to lead activities and operations required to complete the functions of the department related to cannabis-infused products synthesis.
- Reporting directly to the Director of Manufacturing, indicating a need for experience in manufacturing management or leadership.
- Understanding of the processes involved in the production of cannabis-infused products, including formulation, emulsification, blending, and unit production.
- Ability to contribute to customer service, product development, and brand growth in alignment with company core values.
