Job Description

The Human Resources Manager is a leadership role responsible for enhancing the employee experience across multiple sites in the retail and manufacturing sectors, focusing on employee relations, change management, and engagement to foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Shape the employee experience across multiple sites including retail and manufacturing facilities
Serve as a trusted partner to operational leaders on employee relations and organizational change
Lead complex investigations related to employee issues
Coach leaders through organizational change initiatives
Drive employee engagement and build a positive workplace culture

Requirements

Experience in a Human Resources leadership role responsible for employee relations, change management, and driving employee engagement across multiple sites, including retail and manufacturing facilities.
Ability to lead complex investigations related to employee issues.
Experience coaching leaders through organizational change.
Proven ability to build a culture where employees feel valued, heard, and motivated to perform.
Demonstrated leadership skills in a multi-site regional environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve as a trusted partner to operational leaders.
Ability to shape and improve the employee experience across diverse facilities.
Experience in developing and implementing employee engagement strategies.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations relevant to multi-site operations.
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential employee information.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (implied as a typical requirement for HR managerial roles).
