Job Description
The Dispensary General Manager is responsible for overseeing daily retail operations, including staffing, inventory, compliance, and customer experience, in a fast-paced cannabis dispensary environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day retail operations at the dispensary
- Manage staffing, training, and scheduling of employees
- Handle purchasing, visual merchandising, and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage cash flow and financial transactions
- Interact effectively with patients and team members to promote a positive culture
- Maintain high standards for patient experience and store environment
Requirements
- Possess competence in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
- Ability to effectively interact with patients and other members of the team to ensure a positive culture and the best possible patient experience.
- Experience in managing day-to-day retail operations including staffing, training, scheduling, buying, visual merchandising, cash management, inventory management, and compliance adherence.
