Job Description
The Facilities and Dispensary Maintenance Manager oversees the maintenance, safety, and operational functionality of a large cannabis grower-processor facility and multiple dispensaries, ensuring compliance, vendor coordination, and hands-on troubleshooting to support daily operations and long-term planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance, safety, and functionality of physical facilities including grower-processor and dispensaries
- Manage daily operations and long-term planning for facility upkeep
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs
- Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting of facility issues
- Collaborate with operational teams to support facility needs
Requirements
- Responsible for the overall maintenance, safety, and functionality of the organization s physical facilities, including a 92,000 sq. ft. grower-processor GP facility and six dispensaries across Northern Virginia.
- Oversees both daily operations and long-term planning related to facility maintenance, including vendor coordination, preventive maintenance, compliance, and hands-on troubleshooting.
- Requires close collaboration with operational teams and a strong field presence.
