Job Description
The Director of Commercial Operations oversees the purchasing, wholesale sales, and retail inventory management of cannabis products across multiple stores, ensuring compliance, demand forecasting, and sales accuracy in a fast-paced industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the purchase of cannabis goods and manage wholesale sales efforts
- Oversee retail inventory for all Nature's Remedies stores in MA
- Manage inventory, compliance, and supply versus demand
- Forecast sales trends and ensure accuracy in retail sales processes
Requirements
- Possess outstanding organizational skills, analytical skills, and strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in an exciting, fast-paced, and evolving industry.
- Experience leading the purchase of cannabis goods, wholesale sales efforts, and managing retail inventory for multiple stores.
- Ability to oversee inventory, compliance, supply versus demand, and sales trend forecasting related to the retail sale of cannabis products in dispensaries.
- Experience working with various leaders at different levels within a company.
- Ability to ensure accuracy in all phases of the retail sale of cannabis products.
- Ability to work under the reporting structure to the SVP of Commercial Operations.
