Job Description
The Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional telephonic customer and patient support, educating clients, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations within the cannabis industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer and patient service via telephone
- Assist patrons and patients with their inquiries and needs
- Educate clients about products and services
- Adhere to company policies and industry regulations during customer interactions
Requirements
- Deliver exceptional customer service and patient service while educating the client, primarily through telephonic support.
- Aid patrons and patients telephonically, conducting day-to-day customer phone support.
