Job Description
The Dispensary General Manager oversees daily retail operations at a cannabis dispensary, including staffing, training, inventory management, compliance, and providing a positive patient experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily retail operations at the dispensary
- Oversee staffing, training, and scheduling of employees
- Handle purchasing, visual merchandising, and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Manage cash flow and financial transactions
- Interact with patients and team members to promote a positive culture and patient experience
Requirements
- Experience in managing day-to-day retail operations including staffing, training, scheduling, buying, visual merchandising, cash management, inventory management, and compliance adherence.
- Competence to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with patients and team members to ensure a positive culture and the best possible patient experience.
