Job Description
The Channel Partner Sales Manager is responsible for expanding the company's retail energy footprint by recruiting and managing third-party brokers and partners, driving indirect sales growth, and delivering competitive energy solutions to commercial and industrial customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, enable, and manage third-party brokers, consultants, and strategic partners
- Drive indirect sales growth through channel partner relationships
- Coordinate internally to deliver competitive, analytics-driven energy offers to commercial and industrial customers
- Build and maintain a high-performing partner network within the retail energy ecosystem
Requirements
- Experience as a Channel Partner Sales Manager or in a similar role responsible for expanding retail energy footprint through third-party brokers, consultants, and strategic partners.
- Proven track record of recruiting, enabling, and managing channel partners to drive indirect sales growth.
- Deep familiarity with the retail energy brokerage ecosystem.
- Ability to manage a large portfolio of broker relationships.
- Strong communication skills necessary for building and maintaining partner networks.
- Experience in building high-performing partner networks.
