Job Description
The Warehouse Supervisor at Gotion Inc. is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing inventory, supervising staff, ensuring safety compliance, and collaborating with other departments to improve efficiency in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment
- Lead and coordinate warehouse staff activities to ensure productivity and accuracy
- Oversee inventory control processes such as cycle counts and stock reconciliation
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse activities
- Collaborate with logistics and procurement departments to streamline workflows
- Train and develop warehouse team members to foster high performance
Requirements
- Proven 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (e.g., AS400 or similar platforms).
- Strong understanding of inventory control and shipping receiving processes.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin.
