The role involves managing customer projects related to electric vehicle batteries, including technical requirements, project coordination, negotiations, and ensuring successful delivery, with a focus on sales growth and customer relationship development in the energy storage and EV industry.
Key Responsibilities
Identify key customer projects, establish contact, and gather technical requirements to set design targets and achieve sales goals
Develop and follow up with customers to understand product needs, coordinate internal resources, and promote project orders
Support technical negotiations and oversee the entire project lifecycle from initial alignment to delivery
Lead quotation processes, considering competitor pricing, raw material costs, and company pricing strategies
Organize meetings for issue resolution, process management, and ensure timely project delivery and post-sales technical support
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above, preferably in mechanical, electrical, electrochemical or other related majors.
Be able to adapt to frequent travel.
Have strong resistance to pressure and resilience.
Mastering certain negotiation skills.
Have driving force.
Good at handling internal and external relations.
Know basic business etiquette.
Be able to receive customer visits independently.
Have experience in project management.
Fluent in English, speaking, reading and writing.
More than one year working experience in Gotion, with experience in electric core developers, can loose the conditions.
