Job Description
The role involves managing customer projects related to electric vehicle batteries, including technical requirements, project coordination, negotiations, and ensuring successful delivery, with a focus on sales growth and customer relationship development in the energy storage and EV industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify key customer projects, establish contact, and gather technical requirements to set design targets and achieve sales goals
- Develop and follow up with customers to understand product needs, coordinate internal resources, and promote project orders
- Support technical negotiations and oversee the entire project lifecycle from initial alignment to delivery
- Lead quotation processes, considering competitor pricing, raw material costs, and company pricing strategies
- Organize meetings for issue resolution, process management, and ensure timely project delivery and post-sales technical support
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably in mechanical, electrical, electrochemical or other related majors.
- Be able to adapt to frequent travel.
- Have strong resistance to pressure and resilience.
- Mastering certain negotiation skills.
- Have driving force.
- Good at handling internal and external relations.
- Know basic business etiquette.
- Be able to receive customer visits independently.
- Have experience in project management.
- Fluent in English, speaking, reading and writing.
- More than one year working experience in Gotion, with experience in electric core developers, can loose the conditions.
