Job Description
A Senior Technical Sourcer at Gotion Inc. is responsible for identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of top talent for technical, manufacturing, and corporate roles to support the company's rapid growth in electric vehicle and energy storage technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels
- Build and maintain pipelines of passive candidates for critical roles
- Engage and nurture relationships with passive candidates
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and labor market conditions
- Develop strategies to source candidates from diverse backgrounds
- Conduct initial outreach and screening of candidates
- Track and report on key sourcing metrics to optimize efforts
- Support employer branding initiatives by promoting Gotion’s mission and culture
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in talent sourcing, preferably for technical, manufacturing, or corporate roles.
- Strong expertise in sourcing through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and industry-specific platforms.
- Proven ability to build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates for critical technical and corporate roles.
- Experience with initial outreach and screening of candidates to assess their qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with company values and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Greenhouse and candidate relationship management tools.
- Understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
Benefits & Perks
Salary range: $65,000 - $90,000 with 15% bonus
