Job Description
The Senior FP&A Manager at Gotion Inc. will lead financial planning, analysis, and modeling efforts to support strategic decision-making, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial insights in a dynamic electric vehicle and energy storage technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build financial models for the company.
- Work with leadership to create financial forecasts and budgets to guide decision-making and measure performance.
- Perform financial scenario analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Analyze actual financial results against budgets and prior periods to advise management on financial performance.
- Provide management with insights and visibility on business performance through detailed analysis.
- Partner with senior management to understand macroeconomic and industry factors affecting financial performance.
- Research and analyze competitor financial reports and market trends to inform strategic planning.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support management decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Master Degree (MBA preferred).
- At least 7 years of financial analysis and modeling experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Big 4 accounting firms.
- At least 3 years of private industry experience.
- Ability to analyze, prioritize, and execute in a high-pressure environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, Micro, Vlookup, Sumif, and the ability to quickly manipulate and analyze large data sets and build reports.
- Strong financial and business acumen with broad knowledge of FP&A processes.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills needed to develop collaborative working relationships with cross-functional teams.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range: $130,000 - $180,000 USD
