Key Responsibilities
Develop and analyze the local energy storage market, including gathering market information and supporting overseas exhibitions.
Follow up with key potential customers and support channel development.
Supervise policy implementation, payment collection, and risk control.
Achieve annual sales, market development, and profit targets.
Lead business negotiations with customers and finalize contracts.
Collect and report competitor market information.
Maintain customer relationships.
Manage and improve team member abilities and performance.
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, electrical, management, marketing, etc is preferred
More than 8 years of sales experience in the new energy market
More than 3 years of sales experience in the energy storage industry, with energy storage resources being preferred
Familiar with import and export trade procedures, with strong ability to develop overseas markets
Strong compressive capacity and strain capacity
Clear logic and master certain negotiation skills
Good at dealing with internal and external relations, understand basic business etiquette, and can independently receive customer visits
Strong communication skills in written and spoken English
