Key Responsibilities
Develop and analyze the local energy storage market, including gathering market information and participating in overseas exhibitions
Follow up with key potential customers and support channel development
Supervise policy implementation, payment collection, and risk control
Achieve annual sales, market development, and profit targets
Lead business negotiations, handle dissent, and finalize contracts with customers
Collect and report competitor market information
Maintain and strengthen customer relationships
Manage and improve team performance and member capabilities
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, electrical, management, marketing, etc is preferred
More than 8 years of sales experience in the new energy market
More than 3 years of sales experience in the energy storage industry
Familiar with import and export trade procedures, with strong ability to develop overseas markets
Strong compressive capacity and strain capacity
Clear logic, master certain negotiation skills, and driving force
Good at dealing with internal and external relations, understand basic business etiquette, and can independently receive customer visits
Strong communication skills in written and spoken English
