Job Description
The ESS Regional Sales Director is responsible for leading sales efforts and market expansion of energy storage products across designated regions, developing strategies, managing customer relationships, and guiding the sales team to achieve company targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet sales targets
- Expand the energy storage market and identify potential customers
- Communicate, negotiate, and maintain relationships with customers
- Organize and develop the sales team to achieve company goals
- Manage team performance and support sales target achievement
- Plan for product and process optimization and provide customer solutions
- Explore local resources, develop sales channels, and collaborate with local institutions
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
- Train and develop sales team members and distributors
- Prepare and submit work reports and business updates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Familiar with industry management laws and regulations and international trade, able to effectively connect domestic and foreign customers and suppliers
- Experience in market research, business contract negotiation, quotation analysis, and bidding management
- Have keen market insight, strong organizational coordination skills, and business analysis capabilities
