Job Description
The ESS Regional Sales Director is responsible for leading sales efforts and market expansion of energy storage products across designated regions, developing strategies, managing customer relationships, and leading a sales team to achieve company targets in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet sales targets
- Expand the energy storage market and identify potential customers
- Communicate, negotiate, and maintain relationships with customers
- Organize and develop the sales team to achieve company goals
- Manage team performance and support sales target achievement
- Plan for product and process optimization and provide customer support
- Explore local resources, develop sales channels, and collaborate with local institutions
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
- Train and develop sales team members and distributors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Familiar with industry management laws and regulations and international trade, able to effectively connect domestic and foreign customers and suppliers
- Experience in market research, business contract negotiation, quotation analysis, and bidding management
- Have keen market insight, strong organizational coordination skills, and business analysis capabilities
- Regularly train team members and help distributors cultivate qualified sales teams
Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range: $130,000 - $180,000 USD
