Key Responsibilities
Build and lead a marketing and sales team, collaborating with technical personnel internally and externally
Develop and implement best practices for BESS projects across various product lines
Serve as a domain expert on BESS, reviewing and approving project solutions in collaboration with ESS stakeholders
Create metrics and targets for continuous improvement in project delivery
Track construction progress, market opportunities, and new market identification, reporting to the global team
Participate in industry conferences and networking to stay informed on market trends
Develop relationships with key technology vendors and negotiate contracts with customers, partners, vendors, and subcontractors
Requirements
5 years of experience in Business Development
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, or other related Field
2 years of experience in the energy sector, specifically Energy Storage Systems (ESS)
Excellent communication and networking skills
Experience working in a startup or similar environment
Global experience and an understanding of multicultural nuances that drive the decision-making process
