Key Responsibilities
- Gotion is seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager (Bilingual Mandarin) to lead our Talent Acquisition function during an exciting period of rapid growth. This role is responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies while leading a team of recruiters supporting manufacturing, engineering, operations, finance, supply chain, and corporate functions.
- The Recruiting Manager will serve as a strategic business partner to both U.S. and China-based leadership, requiring the ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to support hiring initiatives, workforce planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is required.
- 7+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including technical, manufacturing, engineering, and corporate recruiting.
- 3+ years of recruiting leadership or Talent Acquisition management experience.
- Experience leading recruiting teams in a high-growth manufacturing, automotive, battery, industrial, or technology environment.
- Proven experience partnering with international business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of workforce planning, recruiting strategy, direct sourcing, employment branding, and talent market intelligence.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred), HRIS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment analytics.
- Excellent communication, coaching, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service to hiring managers and candidates.
- Experience working for a global or multinational organization.
- Experience supporting U.S. and Asia-based business operations.
- Startup or greenfield manufacturing experience.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, AIRS, or LinkedIn Recruiter Certification.
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience.

The base pay range for this role is shown below, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experiences, and location.
