The Program Manager at Gotion Inc. is responsible for leading and managing electric vehicle and energy storage system programs from initiation to post-production, ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting project objectives, and coordinating cross-functional teams in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the entire program lifecycle from RFI/RFQ to 6 months post-production, ensuring customer satisfaction and achievement of timing, quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, negotiate terms, and serve as the official Gotion representative.
Prepare and submit RFQs, build and monitor the Business Plan, define investment schemes, and manage program investments in compliance with controlling procedures.
Track program progress through Business Plans, Dashboards, and Budget Reports; conduct reviews and develop action plans for risks and opportunities.
Resolve conflicts with customers on financial and technical issues.
Staff, manage, and coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Controlling, Purchasing, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, Design, and Engineering.
Ensure adherence to Gotion’s Program Management System (PMS), organize communication, and facilitate smooth transfer from Development to Production.
Organize key program information for continuity and knowledge management.
Requirements
Fluency in English and Mandarin.
Master's degree, ideally in engineering or program management.
Minimum of 4-7 years of job experience in vehicle assembly plant, vehicle product development center, Tier 1 supplier, energy storage system solution providers, or similar industrial environment, with product experience considered a plus.
Minimum of 3-5 years of project experience.

Experience arbitrating conflicts with customers on financial and technical issues.
Experience staffing, managing, and coordinating cross-functional teams including sales, controlling, purchasing, quality, production, supply chain, design, and product/process engineering.
Ability to create a program management culture by ensuring process adherence and developing synergies among team members.
Experience organizing communication throughout the program lifecycle.
Experience ensuring smooth transfer of programs from development centers to production plants.
Ability to organize key program information to ensure program continuity and contribute to knowledge management.
