Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Specialist to support daily operations on our manufacturing floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment to meet daily output and quality targets
- Follow production instructions and report any process deviations or equipment issues
- Perform in-process inspections using measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers)
- Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
- Adhere strictly to company safety policies and OSHA regulations
- Support troubleshooting activities in collaboration with engineering and maintenance teams
- Help implement 5S standards and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Participate in Lean, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field required
- Bilingual in English and Chinese for international team corporation
- 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment
- Familiarity with manufacturing safety protocols and basic quality control
- Ability to read blueprints, follow work instructions, and use measurement tools
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems (ERP/MES experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative work ethic
- The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000 –$80,000, plus eligibility for bonus and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by factors such as the role, level, and geographic location.
