Production Quality Supervisor

Gotion Illinois is seeking a proactive and hands-on Production Quality Supervisor . This individual will lead a team of quality inspectors and ensure all production processes adhere to Gotion’s quality standards and customer requirements. They will oversee quality activities on the production floor, ensure proper implementation of control plans, manage non‑conforming material processes, and drive continuous improvement. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
