Job Description
This position involves managing front desk and administrative personnel, overseeing office operations, and supporting the General Manager with various projects and tasks within a dynamic electric vehicle and energy storage technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise front desk clerical personnel, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and performance reviews
- Maintain employee files in accordance with company policies and regulations
- Collaborate with the General Manager to understand operating results and trends
- Complete special projects, requests, and assignments as needed
- Serve as manager-on-duty on an as-needed basis, ensuring regular attendance
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience with business office functions or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- College degree is preferred
- Skills and experience in writing documents
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail with project management and organization skills
- Advanced knowledge of Windows operating system
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Fremont, CA
- Physical ability to lift 20 pounds
- Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, and use a computer and/or phone for up to 8 hours per day
Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range: $70,000 to $130,000 USD
Work schedule: Regular and predictable attendance required, with the possibility of serving as manager-on-duty as needed
