• Lead daily communications with the U.S. federal and state governments, regulatory bodies, and industry associations to promote policy dialogue and interest coordination.
• Monitor and analyze policy trends in the U.S. in areas such as new energy, battery manufacturing, and supply chain security (e.g., the Inflation Reduction Act, FTC regulations, national security reviews), and produce in-depth reports.
• Take the lead in participating in congressional hearings and policy lobbying activities to advocate for tax incentives, subsidies, and compliance exemptions.
• Build strategic partnerships with key lawmakers, policy think tanks, and industry alliances (such as NAAT, Batt and AABC).
• Manage government communication and public opinion response during crisis events (such as trade sanctions and national security reviews).
• Bachelor's degree or above in Political Science, Public Administration, Law, Business Management, or related fields.
• At least 15 years of experience in government relations, public affairs, or related fields, with a strong track record of managing government relations.
• Deep understanding of U.S. policy-making processes, regulatory systems, and industry regulations, especially in the energy sector.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with government officials.
• Strong policy analysis and leadership abilities, with a commitment to high professional ethics and compliance.
