Job Description
A Maintenance Supervisor responsible for leading maintenance operations at an advanced EV battery manufacturing plant, overseeing technicians, responding to outages, and ensuring electrical systems and equipment are properly maintained and troubleshoot effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and schedule maintenance technicians
- Respond to equipment outages and troubleshoot electrical issues
- Interpret and modify PLC ladder logic and code
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot VFD and Servo Drive systems
- Design and modify electrical schematics using CAD software
- Lead maintenance activities to ensure optimal operation of manufacturing equipment
Requirements
- Possession of a 2-year electrical, technical, or related degree, or equivalent technical certifications and experience.
- At least 5 years of experience as a maintenance technician with 1 year of leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of industrial electrical principles, including AC and DC circuits, motor controls, and safety systems.
- Knowledge of PLC programming with Beckhoff and Siemens PLCs, including the ability to interpret and modify ladder logic and other PLC code.
- Knowledge of VFD and Servo Drive systems, including their installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in using ePlan Electrical CAD software for schematic design and modification.
- Excellent diagnostic and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex electrical issues.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively with engineers and other team members.

Compensation/salary range: $83,000 - $100,000 plus eligibility for bonus and benefits
