The role involves coordinating and managing logistics operations, including transportation, inventory, and warehousing, to ensure efficient material flow and cost-effective supply chain management within a manufacturing environment focused on electric vehicle and energy storage technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, material handling, and warehousing activities
Develop and implement logistics strategies to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and ensure timely delivery
Monitor and manage inventory levels to maintain accurate stock control and material availability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production and material flow
Maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and logistics partners to negotiate rates, manage contracts, and resolve logistical challenges
Analyze logistics data to identify process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies and procedures
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered
2-4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Strong understanding of logistics processes, including transportation, inventory management, and warehousing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English, both verbal and written, is preferred due to international communication
Benefits & Perks
U.S. base salary range of $65,000 to $100,000, plus eligibility for bonus and benefits
