Job Description
The role involves coordinating and managing logistics operations, including transportation, inventory, and warehousing, to ensure efficient material flow and cost-effective supply chain management within a manufacturing environment focused on electric vehicle and energy storage technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, material handling, and warehousing activities
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and ensure timely delivery
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to maintain accurate stock control and material availability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production and material flow
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and logistics partners to negotiate rates, manage contracts, and resolve logistical challenges
- Analyze logistics data to identify process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered
- 2-4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong understanding of logistics processes, including transportation, inventory management, and warehousing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English, both verbal and written, is preferred due to international communication
Benefits & Perks
U.S. base salary range of $65,000 to $100,000, plus eligibility for bonus and benefits
