Job Description
The Logistics Coordinator at Gotion Inc. is responsible for managing inbound and outbound logistics operations, optimizing supply chain processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, and collaborating with various teams and partners to ensure efficient and compliant material flow in a manufacturing environment focused on electric vehicle and energy storage technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, material handling, and warehousing.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to maintain accurate stock control and material availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production and material flow.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and logistics partners to negotiate rates, manage contracts, and resolve logistical issues.
- Analyze logistics data to identify process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered
- 2-4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong understanding of logistics processes, including transportation, inventory management, and warehousing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English verbal and written is preferred due to international communication
Benefits & Perks
Salary range of $65,000 to $100,000 plus eligibility for bonus
