Job Description
A Junior IT Project Manager supports company-wide projects by tracking progress, developing documentation, monitoring budgets, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and track company-wide projects from initiation to deployment
- Develop project documentation including financial health, timelines, and status reports
- Create and review financial reports on project issues, risks, and overall health
- Monitor and track IT portfolio investments to ensure alignment with budget targets
- Maintain relationships with Finance, Business Units, and IT partners
- Coordinate and support emergent initiatives and special assignments
- Assist with resource management planning for various project workflows
- Prepare management level reports and presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a similar field.
- 0-1 years of professional experience.
- Basic experience in MS Excel with proven ability to create Excel reports and executive summaries.
- Experience with or eagerness to learn about the project management lifecycle and project tracking.
- Experience creating and reviewing reports in PowerBI.
- Experience with MS Office desktop technologies including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of IT and business personnel.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 USD
