The HR Manager will support the launch and operations of Gotion's Giga IL facility by developing HR strategies, managing talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and workforce development to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures for the Giga IL brownfield facility
Assist with hiring and onboarding new employees
Manage employee relations, including performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and terminations
Oversee training and development programs for employees
Administer payroll and benefits programs
Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations
Collaborate with plant managers to resolve HR issues
Foster a positive and productive work environment
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
7 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience in leading and managing people.
Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures related to talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and workforce development.
Experience with hiring and onboarding new employees.
Experience managing employee relations, including performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures.
Experience overseeing training and development programs.
Experience administering payroll and benefits programs.
Experience ensuring compliance with all applicable HR laws and regulations.
Ability to support the launch and ongoing operations of a manufacturing facility’s HR functions.
