The Human Resources Specialist at Gotion Inc. will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing onboarding and employee engagement programs, supporting HR policies, and handling visa processes to attract and retain a diverse and qualified workforce in a dynamic, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop sourcing, recruitment strategies, and outreach to attract qualified candidates
Collaborate with recruiters and managers to analyze full cycle recruitment data
Support onboarding processes, including scheduling orientation and training for new employees
Develop and maintain HR metrics, reports, and systems
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Create employee engagement plans and team-building programs
Administer processing of nonimmigrant visas and green cards
Maintain employee recognition programs and organize appreciation events
Requirements
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources
Experience in recruiting for highly collaborative teams
Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization’s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, and compensation practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes
Strong intuition and natural problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities using tactical and strategic analytical skills
Extensive experience with MS Office Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and ATS systems
Experience with SAP will be beneficial
