A Human Resources Generalist responsible for supporting HR functions such as onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance within a fast-growing manufacturing organization focused on electric vehicle and energy storage technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Create onboarding plans and educate new employees on HR policies and procedures
Partner with the business on training initiatives and programs
Manage employee relations and address employee questions and concerns
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
Administer employee transfers, leaves of absence, and personnel changes
File and maintain employee personnel, medical, and work compensation records
Communicate HR-related issues and notices to employees
Administer employee benefits such as health insurance, 401K, life insurance, and PTO
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree preferred
5 years experience in Human Resources
Ability to read, write and speak English effectively
Proficiency with database applications and administration systems, specifically Microsoft Office
Ability to work effectively alone and prioritize tasks
Must be a highly motivated, service and team-oriented individual with an attention to detail
Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups and associates
Strong working knowledge of Human Resources Information System
Demonstrated good internal customer service skills
Proven presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects
Good computer skills
Able to navigate complexity and problem solve disputes at times having lack of clarity or ambiguity
