Key Responsibilities
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on production machinery and support systems, ensuring equipment operates at peak efficiency.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues in battery production equipment, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Installation Support: Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, collaborating with engineering teams and vendors as needed.
- Calibration & Testing: Conduct calibration and performance testing to meet operational specifications and quality standards.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of service activities, parts usage, and system performance metrics.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure that equipment complies with local and company safety standards.
- Customer Support: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve technical issues and provide operational updates.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in root cause analysis and suggest improvements to equipment reliability and process efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience in battery or advanced manufacturing industries.
- Knowledge of PLC programming and automation systems.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- OSHA or related safety certification.
- The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $95,000 - $120,000, plus eligibility for bonus and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by factors such as the role, level, and geographic location.
