Job Description

The ESS Regional Sales Director is responsible for leading sales efforts and market expansion of energy storage products across designated regions, managing sales teams, developing strategies, and building customer relationships to achieve company sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet sales targets
  • Expand the energy storage market and identify potential customers
  • Communicate, negotiate, and maintain relationships with customers
  • Organize and develop the sales team to align with company goals
  • Manage team performance and support achievement of sales targets
  • Plan for product and process optimization and provide customer support
  • Explore local resources, develop sales channels, and maintain customer service
  • Understand industry dynamics and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
  • Train and develop sales team members and distributors

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Familiar with industry management laws and regulations and international trade, able to effectively connect domestic and foreign customers and suppliers
  • Experience in market research, business contract negotiation, quotation analysis, and bidding management
  • Have keen market insight, strong organizational coordination skills, and business analysis capabilities

Benefits & Perks

Compensation/salary range: $130,000 - $200,000 USD
